3Darchitecture visualizer/modeler

We are looking for a talented and motivated 3D Visualizer in Architecture, capable of producing high-quality visuals for exterior and interior architecture projects. The ideal candidate will have an aesthetic sensibility, an excellent eye for detail and a good understanding of architectural issues.

As a 3D Viewer, you will be responsible for:

Create photorealistic renderings of interiors and exteriors while respecting architectural intentions.
Work closely with the design team and project managers to ensure visuals are consistent with the concepts developed.
Participate in the development of the visual identity of projects.
Bring creative and innovative ideas to enrich the quality of the renderings.
Respect deadlines and ensure rigorous monitoring of deliverables.
Required skills and qualifications

Proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape and Photoshop software.
Knowledge of Rhino and Revit and the Adobe suite is a welcome asset.
Strong sensitivity to architecture and design, with an ability to understand technical and aesthetic details.
Ability to work on both interior and exterior architecture projects.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Power of proposal and autonomy in work.
Profile sought

Degree in architecture, design or 3D computer graphics, or experience in a similar position.
Attention to detail, rigor and responsibility in the tasks assigned.
Good interpersonal skills and a taste for collaborative work.
